Job descriptionPartner with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to uncover edge cases, exceptions, and integration points. Solution Design & Modeling Create process flow diagrams, data models, and API sequence diagrams (e.g., using Visio, Lucidchart). Define domain-driven API boundaries and data contracts in collaboration with architecture. Technical Documentation & Governance Author and maintain clear, versioned documentation in Confluence and SharePoint (including user guides, developer guides, API reference) Support data governance by defining data steward roles, data lineage, and data quality rules. Agile Delivery & Collaboration Translate requirements into well-formed user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in Jira. Act as liaison between Product, Architecture, and Development squads to ensure timely delivery. Participate in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Quality Assurance & Support Validate that delivered services meet requirements through functional testing and SQL-based data validation. Assist domain teams with onboarding to the eAPI self-service portal, troubleshooting integration issues. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment. Strong expertise in cloud computing, with a particular focus on AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM). Deep understanding of enterprise API concepts (REST), service orchestration, and microservices IT Consulting Services | Technology www.GroupAinc.com architecture. Proficient in SQL; able to write queries for data profiling and validation. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Working knowledge of the Atlassian toolchain : Confluence, Jira (including JQL), and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies. Hands on experience with SAP S / 4HANA functional modules, integration points, and implementation best practices. Certification in SAP integration (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) or API management (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft). Hands on experience designing and publishing APIs via an API gateway or developer portal. Familiarity with data modeling tools (ERwin, ER / Studio) and UML. Understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK). Experience with scripting languages (Python, Groovy) or low code platforms. Prior exposure to domain driven design (DDD) and event driven architectures. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

- Excellent understanding of API from definition to implementation
- Clear understanding of technical ecosystem including Postgre and SQL
