As the Manager
of Engineering Services - Project Manager, you will oversee
critical systems and drive engineering projects from concept to
completion. Leading a team of engineers, you will apply your
expertise to manage our capital program, enhance equipment
reliability, and support new product
development.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for all elements of project
management from BOD to commissioning and handover and ensures that
all project objectives are met on schedule, safely, and within
budgetary limits. Project management duties
include :

project objectives within budgetary limits and reporting

As a Maintenance Subject Matter Expert,
generates engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other
problems that adversely affect plant

and / or quality problems.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor's
degree in Engineering (any
discipline).

Experience of 7
to 10 years of reliability engineering and / or project management in
food engineering.

Knowledge of
asset care and maintenance
management.

Successful leadership over diverse types
of capital projects from simple to complex. Ability to manage
projects from feasibility through start-up and performance
validation.

Knowledge of current personnel safety,
food safety, environmental and regulatory compliance issues related
to manufacturing and in the food
industry.

Experience applying engineering knowledge
cross-functionally to support new food development and

Must have good planning and coordination
skills.
