Technical Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst 4-Support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer and systems support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Troubleshoot and analyze application servers and new technologies

Interact remotely with customers, partners, and software developers to provide technical advice and assistance

Required Qualifications

4 to 10 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SOA Suite

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Database

Technical degree (BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field) with a minimum GPA of 3.0, or equivalent professional experience

Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting

Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex problems independently
