Brightview Senior Living is looking for an Assisted Living Director to join the team at Brightview in Arlington, MA!!

The Assisted Living Director   at a Brightview community exemplifies the vision, the mission, and the vibrancy of the organization and leads the delivery of exceptional care to our residents residing in our Assisted Living apartment homes.  Team work and collaboration are instrumental to the success of our communities, and in this role you will work with the internal leadership team, including our Health Services Director, and our external partners to oversee and guarantee that our Assisted Living resident’s needs are not only met, but delivered with vibrancy.

It is important to note that the Assisted Living Director reports to the community's Executive Director.

Responsibilities :

• You will get to hire, coach and supervise a team of passionate, engaging and high quality Resident Assistants (RA’s) who are responsible for providing the Assisted Daily Living Services (ADL’s) to our residents.
• Through your leadership, you will hold the team accountable for meeting all mission, quality, safety and other performance standards.
• You will develop, monitor, and adjust work schedules to ensure adequate staffing to meet our Brightview service standards.
• Respond to inquiries from families and partner with them regarding the care of their loved one.
• Help coordinate additional services that our residents may need.
• Conduct routine rounds of the community, participate in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition.
• Assist in the development of the Resident Services Plan.
• Help conduct trainings / in-services.
• Participate in a weekend Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation to ensure that our associates, residents and families have support even on weekends.

Salary Range : USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 / Yr.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications / training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
