LPN-Acute Care - Intake / Triage

Job Specifics

Location : 301 E St Joseph St, Green Bay, WI 54301

FTE Status : Part Time, 0.50 FTE (20 hours / week)

Work Schedule : Overnight shifts with an every other weekend rotation; Overnight shifts - 11 : 00pm-7 : 30am

Job Description :

Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider / Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN / Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications :

• WI LPN license required.
