• Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

• Other Qualifications : - Strong clinical and leadership skills - Collaborative and team-oriented work ethic DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Supervise CRNAs while maintaining the ability to manage personal cases
• Rotate through Main OR, Outpatient OR, GI Procedure Rooms, OB Department, and Cath Labs
• Ensure safe and effective anesthesia administration
• Contribute to a patient-first culture with a hometown approach to big-city healthcare
