Position Overview : Profession : Physician Specialty : Traumatic Brain Injury / General Medicine Default Rate Type : Daily Emergency / Temp Privileges : No Shift Type : Days Shift Details : PRN Basis : As needed Shift Length : TBD Half Day : 4 hours or less Full Day : 4-8 hours Responsibilities : We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Key responsibilities include : Conducting interview-based exams with some physical assessment. Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury. No prescribing or treatment required. Utilizing a Goniometer for assessments. Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions. Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Submission of Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion. Additional Details : Need : Ongoing PRN basis Certification Requirements : Board Certified / Board Eligible State License Requirements : Utah Provider Needed : More than 5 Training and Support : Training will be provided for all Reporting / DBQs. Evaluations will be completed in the provider portal, with records reviewed regularly.
