Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Account Associate - Executive Assistant to support our agency owner. This full-time role involves a blend of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, helping to manage daily operations both inside and outside the office. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish language skills are preferred.
Responsibilities :
Provide direct support to the agency owner with scheduling, correspondence, and daily planning.Assist in managing client accounts, including policy updates, document preparation, and follow-ups.Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and maintaining organized records.Coordinate meetings, events, and off-site appointments.Interact professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth office operations.Assist the agent with personal errands as needed.Requirements :
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.Professionalism, confidentiality, and a solutions-focused attitude.Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license within 90 days of hire (company support provided).
