Position : Inclusion Advocate Location : Antioch, CA Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00-3 : 30 pm (37.5 hours per week) Compensation : $22.50 / hour + great benefits!

What You'll Do :

Be a champion for individual growth : Partner with adults with disabilities to achieve their unique goals, tailoring community-based activities to their interests and aspirations.

Craft personalized pathways : Develop, review, and evaluate individual program plans, tracking progress and celebrating milestones along the journey.

Connect and collaborate : Build strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners, fostering a supportive network for success.

Unleash the power of community : Explore diverse opportunities together, from bowling and parks to volunteer work and educational classes.

Qualifications :

Valid California driver's license and good driving record (required).

Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care to people with disabilities. (required)

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
