Who We Are NOT Looking For :

Agents who need immediate income due to desperation.

Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70 / month).

Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to growth.

Who We ARE Looking For :

Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250 / month.

Agents who are motivated and ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products like indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concepts (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more high-performing agents.
