High Pressure Boiler Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers, chillers, compressors, and supporting utilities in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on boiler systems and auxiliary equipment.
- Respond to alarms, system malfunctions, and emergencies, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of boiler operations, inspections, and maintenance in line with GMP and EHS requirements.
- Support site engineering and facilities teams in projects related to utilities expansion and reliability improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing boiler operations.
Requirements
Valid Blue Seal or Black Seal (High Pressure) Boiler Operator License for the state of New Jersey.Minimum 2 years experience operating high-pressure boilers in a manufacturing or industrial environment (life sciences / pharma preferred).Strong knowledge of boiler operations, water treatment, and mechanical / electrical systems.Familiarity with GMP, EHS, and safety regulations in a highly regulated setting.Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
