Top global law firm is hiring an Information Technology Support Specialist to join their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is an adaptable and analytical professional with:
• 3+ years of end user and network support experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
• Strong proficiency with various IT related applications
• Stellar customer service and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
• Provide white glove technical support to Attorneys and Staff, addressing and escalating tickets as needed
• Install and troubleshoot various hardware, software and network related requests
• Assist with A/V and conference room technology setup
• Track and log IT inventory
• Support data security best practices
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $80K - $100K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, employee discounts, PTO, paid parental leave, 401K, wellness programs, and more
• Full-time in office
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with flexibility for overtime as needed
