Texas Licensed Litigation Specialist

A company is looking for a Residential Litigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and investigate litigated personal lines homeowner claims

Consult with attorneys and attend claims settlement conferences and mediation hearings

Negotiate and settle claims with insureds, claimants, or their attorneys

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience handling / overseeing litigation files

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of Hurricane; Wind / Water / Theft / Fire claims

Full Florida Litigation experience and knowledge of Florida statutes and policies

Proficient computer skills
