Job descriptionPerform intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) during surgical procedures, including spine, neuro, and orthopedic cases Accurately set up, calibrate, and operate monitoring equipment Monitor patient neurological data in real time and communicate relevant findings to the surgical team and supervising neurologist Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols 1+ year of IONM experience preferred (newer techs with strong fundamentals may be considered) CNIM certification preferred or in-progress Strong knowledge of neurophysiological modalities including SSEPs, TcMEPs, EMG, and EEG Must be able to reliably commute daily to hospitals and surgical centers throughout North Jersey Professionalism, strong communication skills, and ability to function in a high-stakes surgical environment Flexibility to work early hours, long shifts, or on short notice as needed Competitive daily pay : $500$1,000 per day based on experience and case complexity Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven and expanding company Supportive clinical leadership and a focus on quality outcomes
