About The Position

Title : CT Technologist

Location : Charleston, SC 29425

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (08 : 00 AM – 08 : 30 PM), Wednesday–Friday.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform CT scans with precision, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.
• Operate and maintain Siemens CT scanners, including Force, Alpha, and X.CITE models.
• Conduct 3D image reconstruction, multiplanar reformats, and other advanced imaging techniques.
• Perform various imaging studies including Abdomen / Pelvis with and without contrast, vascular chest, cardiac, head, and musculoskeletal exams.
• Support Interventional Radiology and Heart & Vascular procedures including biopsies, drainages, and vascular studies.
• Work within a Level I Trauma teaching hospital setting, performing approximately six exams per hour.
• Maintain patient safety, contrast preparation, radiation safety standards, and accurate documentation in Epic charting.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and float to other buildings or sister facilities as needed.
