As a Security Officer - Chemical Access Driver in Mont Belvieu, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor entry points and patrol designated areas within a chemical or petrochemical location. Your presence and attention to detail will help to deter unwanted incidents and promote a secure environment for personnel and assets. You will interact with site staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Monitor and control access to the chemical or petrochemical location, verifying identification and credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns.Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.Assist with the enforcement of client rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to access control and site security-related matters.Operate security-related systems and equipment, such as access control devices, radios, and alarm systems, as required by site protocols.Communicate professionally with clients, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and concerns at the location.What We're Looking For :
