A company is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant / Architect specializing in ITSM Performance Analytics for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM Performance Analytics

Conduct workshops, demos, and gather user stories

Advise on best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow

Proven expertise in ITSM Performance Analytics

ServiceNow certifications : CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)

Experience in consultancy roles

Eligibility to work in the USA (USC only)
