Description :

The Physical Therapist will provide care in an acute care hospital setting.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.

Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is required.

Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are welcome to apply.

Familiarity with rehabilitation hospital settings and patient diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, and SCI is preferred.

The position involves working with various patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Knowledge of specialized equipment such as Solo step, light gait, TENS, and IFC is a plus.

Candidates should be prepared to work in an interdisciplinary team and support patient rehabilitation goals.

All module hours for required training will be billable and must be completed annually.

Refusal to float when requested may lead to cancellation of the travel assignment.

Overall, the role is essential in supporting patient recovery and enhancing mobility post-injury or surgery.
