Location : Arlington, VirginiaJob Type : PermanentCompensation Range : $100,000 - 120,000 per yearOur client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead and own the entire lead generation engine. This is a high-impact role for a Marketing expert who thrives on cross-functional project management and ensuring a consistently fueled pipeline of qualified healthcare professional leads (NPs and PAs).Responsibilities : Own the Marketing Calendar and entire Lead Generation process from inception to sales hand-off, consistently fueling the pipeline with qualified NPs and PAs.Manage the end-to-end execution flow of lead-driving campaigns.Ensure frictionless lead capture and booking flows on the website, working closely with the Full-Stack Developer and CRO Specialist to optimize forms and CTAs.Serve as the cross-functional glue and primary project manager, collaborating with paid media, content, development, and CRO to maximize lead volume and quality.Directly manage the Social Media Manager, ensuring organic channels support lead generation and brand awareness goals.Own the operational configuration and integrity of Hubspot CRM / Marketing Hub as the primary source of truth for lead data and marketing activities.Run and optimize nurture funnels (retargeting, lifecycle email campaigns, and content initiatives) within Hubspot to improve conversion rates and lead quality prior to sales hand-off.Coordinate strategic tests, such as competitor conquesting campaigns and referral incentive programs, ensuring all activities are correctly tracked and attributed in Hubspot.Own parts of the marketing analytics stack (Google Analytics, Hubspot dashboards) to measure and attribute lead sources.
