In this role, you'll connect with existing customers, grow new business, and represent Novelty Inc. at major trade showsall while selling some of the most in-demand products on the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales with existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Identify and pitch new business opportunities to regional and national retailers
- Handle customer returns and turn them into new sales
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain product organization and sales operations
- Represent Novelty Inc. at major industry trade shows and events
- Record and track leads, sales activity, and follow-ups using internal CRM systems
Qualifications
1+ year of retail or wholesale sales experience preferredExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfident, outgoing, and self-motivatedAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyComfortable using basic computer systems (email, CRM, order entry)Positive attitude and passion for sellingWhat We Offer
