Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager provides oversight for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all program requirements to include engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality management, IT and Cyber to a federal Navy program office. This is a contingent position expected to be located in Panama City Beach, FL.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of business operations analysts, engineers, software developers, manufacturers, technicians, quality managers, IT and cybersecurity professions to support the maintenance and security of Speed Littoral Connectors, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Navigation (C4N) technologies
• Support the planning, execution, monitoring and control of scope, schedule, cost and risks associated with the program.
• Serve as primary point of contract within and between INDUS and Government stakeholders
• Ensure all contractual requirements and deliverables are met on-time, within budget and of the utmost quality.
• Engage with INDUS leadership and corporate resources to lead and manage task order execution.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
