Description

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing & design operations. Working directly with the Director of Marketing this position will assist with graphic design & video production to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives.

This is an onsite position located at our corporate office in North Little Rock AR.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns product launches and promotional activities.
• Design & deliver marketing materials including brochures catalogs email newsletters social media posts tradeshow materials and website updates.
• Manage and maintain digital assets ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support trade show and event logistics from booth setup coordination to follow-up communication.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales design production) and external vendors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with budget tracking and purchase orders.
• Provide general administrative support to the Director of Marketing and the broader marketing team.
• Produce & edit a variety of promotional & educational video content.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift carry and transport video equipment and accessories weighing up to 40 pounds.

Ability to stand walk bend kneel and crouch for extended periods.

Must be able to sit or stand for long durations sometimes while operating cameras.

Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate cameras gimbals lighting equipment and editing tools.

Ability to visually frame and focus shots adjust lighting and review footage for quality (with or without corrective lenses).

Sufficient hearing ability to monitor and adjust audio levels during recording and editing (with or without assistive devices).

Must be comfortable working in a variety of environmentsindoor outdoor and on locationwhich may involve varying temperatures lighting conditions or minor physical obstacles.

Ability to travel between locations with equipment as required.
