A school setting seeks a flexible Substitute Registered Behavior Technician with the appropriate credential to support behavioral-intervention services and student success. This opportunity emphasizes flexibility and high-quality implementation of behavior-support programs.
Responsibilities / Duties :
Deliver behavioral intervention services under BCBA oversight as a substitute coverage provider
Provide individualized or small-group ABA support, prompt behavior change, track progress and implement reinforcements
Record behavior frequencies, durations, antecedents and consequences; share summarized data with supervising staff
Support classroom transitions, supervise non-academic times and support positive behavior across environments
Qualifications / Desired Experience :
Active RBT certification via BACB OR Washington CBT credential from WA DOH
Prior experience in behavior-technician or paraprofessional role beneficial
Strong record-keeping, flexibility between sites, and effective communication abilities
Commitment to reliable attendance and timely response to assignments
