Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to provide in-home nursing care for a toddler with a joyful personality who loves meeting new people and easily builds connections. Care responsibilities include supporting daily routines and managing medical needs with equipment such as a stander, AFOs, enteral pump, and G-tube. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with a child who brings fun and energy to every interaction.

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan
• Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications / treatments
• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation
