Develops and maintains the new agency appointment pipeline and collaborates with various departments for market analysis
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales management within the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and competitors
Experience with CRM software for tracking sales activities
Ability to analyze market trends and agency performance
Relevant education or training in business or a related field
