Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC seeks a Product Manager (Midvale, UT) to Introduce new products and manage existing products for Berkadia which includes new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and File Management tools like Google Drive and Sharepoint. Manage the corporate Web site using Wordpress, Salesforce, and React. Manage corporate applications like Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft and Xactly. Responsible for guiding engineers, UX designers, and Change managers in ensuring Quality assurance, evaluating new AI products, and ensuring services are carried out efficiently. Investigate new trends in Artificial Intelligence from Open AI, Google and Meta Platforms (External). Define the scope of product architecture using OmniView integration, product performance, scalability, security based on market needs. Interface with Berkadia business teams to understand their needs and pass them to Engineers and UX designers in Berkadia’s Innovation team. Coordinate with Berkadia’s change managers to roll out new features for AI based tools.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems or closely related field. Must have :   3 years' experience with Agile methodology. 3 years' experience with CRE Investment Sales and Chisel Product Management Tool of which 1 year includes using React JS or a related JavaScript framework to build new user experiences. 1 year experience using Open AI or Chat GPT to build new products. Remote work available up to 4 days per week at employer discretion. Must live within commuting distance of Midvale, UT.
