Pastry Chef

The Wilkes Brentwood, a 100-seat Farm to table restaurant featuring elevated comfort classics, we are seeking a friendly, experienced Pastry Assistant to join our team!

Our ideal candidate has a passion for all things Farm to table California, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and takes joy in creating memorable food for the guest's experience. They:

• are reliable and follow through on their commitment to their work and team
• Have a desire to learn about local produce and how to best to source and prepare it.

Must have availablility Monday-Saturday, mornings/afternoons/evenings. Must be a US Citizen or have permanent resident staus.

Basic responsibilities include:

• Following recipes and keeping consistancy with our dishes.
• Completing prep lists.
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of all the ingredients and components of the dishes on our menu.
• Maintaining stock levels and a hyper clean working environment based on health department standards.
