Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Engage with potential and existing clients, providing them with valuable insights and guidance on their insurance needs.
Policy Consultation : Conduct thorough consultations to identify clients' coverage requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions.
Sales Execution : Drive the sales process from start to finish, from prospecting to closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster long-term trust and loyalty.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid New York Property & Casualty license.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly advantageous but not required.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Customer-Focused : A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
