ABOUT THE JOB :

At Saucy! by KFC, we’re redefining the fast-casual dining experience with bold flavors, high-energy service, and operational excellence. As a  Saucy!   Area Coach , you’ll be the link between our restaurant leadership teams and senior operations leadership—driving performance, building culture, and ensuring every Saucy! location in your market runs like a well-sauced machine.

You’ll coach and develop Saucy! Experience Directors (SEDs), partner with cross-functional leaders, and hold the line on execution, profitability, and guest experience. Your mission : grow people, grow sales, protect profitability, and make every guest’s visit unforgettable.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION :

Driving Multi-Unit Excellence

• Lead 8-10 restaurants in your assigned market, ensuring peak performance in sales, profitability, and operational execution.
• Create and deliver market action plans that align with brand goals and drive measurable results.
• Execute new product launches, system rollouts, and operational initiatives flawlessly across your market.
• Monitor key metrics (sales, labor, COGS, guest experience, speed of service) and coach teams to exceed targets.
