Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Assistant Project Manager located in Portsmouth, NH. The Architectural Assistant Project Manager works under the supervision of a Project Manager or Principal to assist in the daily management and coordination of architectural projects from concept through completion. This role involves performing administrative and technical tasks, ensuring projects adhere to scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will combine architectural knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills to support the project team and successfully meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination, including managing schedules, resources, and budgets
• Proficiency in Revit, and other architectural software (AutoCAD, Lumion, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite)
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Understanding of Submittals processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Portsmouth, NH
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Ability to travel to and from job sites for meetings and site visits.
• Previous experience in an architectural firm or construction environment is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Foundational knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building and energy codes.
