Job Title : Spa Associate (Front Desk Staff)

Location : Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Boulder, CO

Job Type : Part-Time

Compensation : Hourly + Service Discounts + Performance Bonuses

What Youll Do

Greet clients warmly and professionally

Manage phone calls, emails, and online bookings

Schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area

Educate guests on services, products, and spa policies

Upsell retail products, spa packages, and gift cards

Meet sales goals for memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and promotions

Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism

Support daily operations and team communication

What Were Looking For

Experience in customer service or front desk roles (spa / wellness preferred)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Comfort with scheduling software and basic tech tools

Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Passion for wellness, beauty, and client care

Availability for evenings and weekends

Qualifications :
