$21.32-$29.29+ Hourly

Shift available : Sunday-Thursday 7am-3 : 30pm.

A few details about the role :

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance.
• Identify deficiencies and follow procedure for correcting problems.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition, and notifies supervisors to ensure adequate replacements are available as needed.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs.
• Experience operating equipment (ie. Pressure washer, backpack blowers chainsaws, drain cleaning machines, automatic press tool, basic handheld power tools)
• Operate maintenance equipment not limited to hand or power tools, company vehicles, or snow blowers.
• Complete work within scheduled time frame, according to budget and priority set by supervisor
• Basic knowledge of fire life safety aspects in multifamily or CCRC.
• Physically demanding position- ladders / lifting 50lbs etc.
• Tels (or any Work order software)
• Landscape knowledge
