Job descriptionDrive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone Deliver exceptional customer service greet clients with a smile, schedule new prospect and member appointments, answer calls and return messages, address member concerns Ensure strong member retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and a seamless client experience Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continuously refining sales techniques You have a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. You are a STRONG communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adapt / flex with changing schedules. Must be dependable with reliable transportation; willingness to travel to other studio's / off-site events as needed. Our patented equipment and practitioner-assisted stretch method are designed to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and increase athletic performance. This position is a part-time evenings and weekend shift position that will be needed approx. 20-25 hours per week.
