Job Title : Construction Superintendent

💲 Rate : $48–$52 / hour
💸 Pay Frequency : Weekly
🥇 Per Diem : $207 (7 day) + $1,185 monthly
Schedule
🕒 Hours : 50–60 hours a week (Not eligible for overtime Monday through Friday. Weekends are automatic overtime, so at least there's that!)
Project Scope
- Report to the Site Lead Construction Project Manager.
- Support the execution and completion of a Soybean Crush Facility (manufacturing site).
- Participate in daily meetings and submit daily progress reports for assigned work areas.
- Act as part of the Construction Management Team representing the Owner's Agent.
- Oversee construction progress within assigned area.
- Enforce site safety and security in coordination with the HSE team.
- Work with other superintendents and CM staff to resolve conflicts and keep the project moving forward.
Responsibilities include :
Participate in daily planning and keep the team organized and on track.Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient job site.Oversee daily operations and report project progress.Communicate clearly and work closely with CM staff to solve challenges.Maintain high standards for quality and scheduling throughout the project.Qualifications
✅ OSHA 30 certification (minimum requirement)
✅ 5–10 years of relevant industrial construction experience
✅ BIM360 Build / ACC (preferred)
✅ Procore (preferred)
✅ PMP Certification (preferred)
✅ SAP (preferred)
