Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports and optimizes PRMG digital marketing initiatives. Duties include tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, streamlining digital processes, and handling general digital marketing activities. Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our organization's image, improving digital communication with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.
Ideal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and excellent writers and communicators. Ultimately, the exceptional Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our corporate digital marketing strategy
- Create effective and compliant social media content calendar
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholder on creative needs (from ideation to approval)
- Oversee execution of social media campaigns and measure success
- Active social listening to increase engagement and quickly identify opportunities
- Track and analyze SEO to provide effective solutions for content optimization
- Design and execute social media reporting on key metrics, such as engagement, traffic, leads, and revenue
- Provide performance reporting and meaningful recommendations to key stakeholders
- Identify target audience, define social media KPIs, and measure success of all campaigns
- Be the social media expert, maintaining a cutting edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies, and tactics for all social channels
- Provide training to users of all experience levels to set them up for success
- Oversees vendors for social publishing and listings management
- Manages network of local listings across platforms (GoogleMyBusiness, Yelp, Facebook, etc)
- Ability to adapt with creative ways to solve problems, multitask, and manage a flexible schedule of duties and responsibilities
- Build trust and professional meaningful relationships with employees for their retention and success
- Conduct continuous training and coaching as required
Qualifications
