Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at Upper Bay Surgery Center
Directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. The RN Clinical Manager will be overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsible for interpretation, direction and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center. Demonstrates the primary goal of providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred
Two (2) years of leadership experience in surgery management, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care with total joint and spine experience.
Current Maryland RN License
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
