Job description
A company is looking for an RN Clinical Program Manager for a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the alignment and improvement of patient length of stay for designated populations
Act as a liaison with providers and Care Coordination teams to facilitate safe discharge plans
Ensure standardization of care processes across the ministry
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
California Registered Nurse License upon hire
3 years of experience in Utilization Management
Experience with InterQual and MCG guidelines
