Overview :
Dependable Nursing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home services for a pediatric patient in the Ramona area. This is a contractor role, ideal for someone who is looking to make a direct impact with a family in need of consistent, high-quality care.
Responsibilities :
- Provide physical therapy to young child in a home setting
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Partner with family members to support carryover at home
- Document progress and coordinate care with the broader care team
- Visits : 2 per week per case (flexible schedule)
- Employment Type : Contractor
