Florida Land Design & Permitting (FLD&P) is a full-service land development civil engineering consulting firm providing innovative solutions across southwest Florida. We partner with developers, National Home Builders, and private landowners to deliver practical, cost-effective designs that move projects from concept through permitting and construction.

We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with land development experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, client-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively to design projects that balance technical accuracy, efficiency, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and permitting efforts for site development, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway projects.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through approval, coordinating with clients, agencies, and contractors.
• Prepare and review construction plans, technical reports, and permit applications.
• Provide mentorship and oversight for E.I.'s, designers, and CAD technicians.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
