Job Summary :
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our accounting consulting firm and support growth within our Denver market . The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and promoting our services throughout the Denver area. This role is critical to driving local market visibility and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in relationship management, sales, business development, or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and public accounting services.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with our Denver-based team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the Denver market and local business landscape preferred.
Responsibilities :
Research and identify potential clients within the greater Denver public accounting sector.
Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with local clients and referral partners.
Promote the firm’s services and clearly communicate our value proposition to businesses in the Denver area.
Develop and execute relationship-focused strategies to support business growth in the Denver market.
Attend local networking events, industry functions, and community engagements to expand the firm’s presence.
Provide regular reports on relationship-building activities, sales pipeline progress, and Denver market insights.
