ELS is hiring for the position of Lease Administration Intern in Tampa, Florida.

ELS Summer Intern Program:

Project Details:

• Intern will learn key lease concepts of residential leases. Will review leasing documents and work with system coordinator to convert final reviewed documents into system for Electronic signature use. Will learn property management system and reporting tool to produce reports on request and analyze as needed. Will interact will all levels of management to coordinate the lease review process.

Project Goals:

• Work with Lease Administrators to review Leases, Rules and Regs, along with other documents to be converted into electronic format for use with DocuSign. Coordinate changes and updates with Regional Managers, Vice President, and local counsel. Work with system coordinator to set up final documents in Manage America for use with Docusign. Learn Manage America System and create and run reports as needed to analyze data.

Experience & skills you need:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.

• Experience with MS Office and common workplace technology.

• Ability to work and maintain productivity remotely.

• Experience using Zoom, MS Teams, or a comparable video conferencing platform

• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong presentation skills to exhibit your project accomplishments and capstone results.
