Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Med / Surg Tele RN We are seeking a skilled Med / Surg Telemetry RN with a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience. You will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and proficiency with telemetry monitoring are essential. Responsibilities : Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients on a med / surg telemetry unit Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, recognizing changes in patient status Administer medications and treatments according to standards of care Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance Qualifications : Current RN license Minimum 2 years of Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing experience Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
