Do you like transforming a drawing into a finished, tested assembly? Are Heli-Coils, torque specs, and fit checks second nature? If so, you’ll thrive in our Assembly & Test Department on Daniel Road, where you’ll own final assembly, finishing, and test readiness for customer products.

Role overview

In this position, you’ll build mechanical chambers and related assemblies to exact specifications and prints, ensuring every unit meets our quality standards before release.

Core responsibilities

• Prepare and service threaded features by installing and removing Heli-Coils per requirement.
• Align, fit, and assemble components to create chambers and other final assemblies for test.
• Troubleshoot assembly problems and implement solutions.
• Carry out final cleaning / finishing steps to customer procedures.
• Conduct in-process checks for compliance; identify and report any damage promptly.
• Verify completion of all assembly, finishing, and test prerequisites prior to sign-off.
• Partner with engineering, production, and quality to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
