Are you a natural leader with a passion for clinical excellence and a heart for patient-centered care? Elara Caring is seeking a Clinical Team Manager (RN) who is operationally focused, results-driven, and dedicated to developing exceptional healthcare teams.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage and support caregivers in the field, and ensure that quality care is delivered consistently across your region. You'll play a key role in implementing QAPI programs, driving positive clinical outcomes, and building a team culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and growth.

What You'll Do :

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards
  • Supervise and mentor caregivers in the field to deliver exceptional care
  • Implement and monitor QAPI and clinical improvement programs
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure service excellence and staff development
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination across all departments
  • Support staff scheduling and field coverage as needed
  • What You'll Bring :

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in home care or community-based healthcare
  • Knowledge of Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Who You'll Report To : Director of Nursing or Clinical Administrator
