Job Description

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School or equivalent and one (1) year of related experience.
• Completion of one of the following technical programs :
• Completion of EMT program OR
• Is enrolled in a recognized School of Nursing and has completed the first semester of education which contains clinical concepts and health assessments OR
• Active state EMS certification in good standing at the date of hire OR
• Recognized military training as a US Army medic, US Navy Corpsmen, US Air Force Medic, or US Coast Guard Corpsmen
• Completion of ER Tech CBO Tool within 6 months of employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

To provide intermediate technical assistance and supportive patient care to meet the needs of individual patients throughout assigned areas in the Emergency Department.

SALARY RANGE :

Salary commensurate with experience.

WORK SCHEDULE :

Night Shift / Day Shift / Casual appointment (Up to 19.99 hours / week).
