About the Role : Dean of Humanities & Coaching

This is not a typical leadership role. As Dean of Humanities & Coaching, youll be at the center of our academic vision partnering closely with the Dean of STEM & Coaching and the Head of School to shape instruction, build leadership capacity, and drive scholar achievement across the humanities.

Youll oversee coaching systems, lead school-wide Professional Development (PD), and ensure our classrooms are spaces of academic rigor, cultural relevance, and deep engagement all while fostering a coaching culture built on trust, honesty, and high expectations.
