Physician Assistant Locums Assignment Family Medicine $86 Hourly Rate

• Reason for Coverage - Vacancy - Maternity / Paternity
• No Call
• Outpatient Medicine
• Monday-Friday 8-5
• 20 Patients per shift Mix of peds / adults
• A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
• APC's with 3 years of experience in a similar setting
• PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
• NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II
• Active DEA needed before the start
• Credentialing takes 30-90 days
• The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before the start date) : Flu Vaccine, TB Status / X-Ray Results (results must be within 90 days before the start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Initial Covid-19 Vaccine - Booster not required.
