Our client, a venture capital firm located in San Francisco, is hiring an Executive Assistant with light office management duties. This is a full-time role, supporting the CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and have strong communication skills.

OFFICE REQUIREMENTS : 4 days in office
COMPENSATION : $90k-125k base plus benefits, Bonus on top and more!
BACHELOR'S DEGREE : Required
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant :
- This role will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, project managing, and demonstrating forward thinking.
- Update and maintain calendars for the individual(s) they support, including management of calendar conflicts and calibration.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and video conferences, including logistics and materials.
- Plan, coordinate, and arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, hotels. Research and provide recommendations for restaurants, venues, and local attractions.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and timely expense management.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure schedules are followed and respected.
- Foresee, research, and address potential issues; able to see around corners.
- Special Projects as needed including light personal assistance mainly around travel, appointments, and research for opportunities for the family.
Requirements of the Executive Assistant :
Strong organizational skills : ability to set and achieve priorities while working with multiple team members, several moving pieces at a time, and frequent status changes.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in close collaboration with others to solve practical problems and deliver results.Partnering, rapport-building, and relationship management skills.Initiative to seek learning opportunities and take on new tasks / responsibilities.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate the needs of individuals they cover, and exercise independent, sound judgment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Well-versed in domestic travel.Ability to be resourceful in handling travel logistics, including restaurant and hotel recommendations.Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required.
