Associate Level : 1 to 3 years’ experience, Electrical Engineering

Job Summary :

Provide engineering services to safely meet the Lancaster Mill business plan by providing engineering support to production, maintenance and administrative departments to achieve plant goals.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations and related bid meetings, equipment and facilities engineering / design, manufacturing and installation through final start-up, acceptance and project close-out.

Assist production, technical and maintenance with various types of equipment and process issues from an engineering perspective , particularly in the incumbent's specialized area involving mechanical equipment and related systems. Safely manage all aspects of assigned projects

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

1 year of experience in electrical engineering OR two engineering internships

Preferred Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in electrical engineering

1 year experience in heavy manufacturing industry

Candidate Details : 1+ to 2 years’ experience / / Seniority Level - Associate

Management Experience Required – No / / Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree

Ideal Candidate : Ideal candidate would have 3 years of manufacturing experience and project management experience .
