Job Description

Health Advocates Network ishiring a Break Fix IT Technician (1+ Years Exp Req)! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospitallocated in Detroit, MI.

• Pay Rate: $31.50 per hour

• Shift: Days (8hrs)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Break Fix IT TechnicianQualification and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associates or Bachelors degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred

• 1+ years of experience as a Field Technician, Break Fix Technician, etc.

• One to three (1-3) years of successful experience in the area of Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support responsibilities required.

• Experience working within a Windows 10 environment.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software failures.

• Eager to learn & work within a team environment.

• Customer service experience.

• ServiceNow ITSM tool usage.
